Atrium set-up provides natural light which is very nice. Location was excellent, 20 min driving from the airport. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff is friendly. Coffee at the reception said 25 sek but when I went to pay I was told it was free- nice. The room for 2 adults and 2 kids (11, 13) was small but perfect for 1 night. Clean and practical. No fridge, but you can store things at the reception. The Sauna and jacuzzi facilities are excellent, very luxurious with a beautiful view and lots of lounge sitting. The whole family enjoyed it. We travel a lot and I found this breakfast excellent, huge variety and everything was fresh. I actually couldn’t believe it was included in the price! Best value for money!!! I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, we had an excellent stay and would not think twice to book here again!

Disability facilities were very accessible and the rooms were very nice. Very spacious rooms for wheelchair and all accessible functions were in working order. We had our conference here so they are able to handle 20 or guests with accessibility issues. We really loved how close it was to the station as well. It was a 5 minute scoot in the chair. Temperature was perfect in the room. Sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. Jacuzzi was not accessible unless you have good arm strength. The handrail helped but there are stairs up to it.

We could store our bags since we arrived early, and when check in came around this was sorted very quickly altough the hotel was full for the Göteborgsvarvet weekend. The two main things that stood out was the lovely staff and the amazing breakfast buffet! The sauna and jacuzzi, which you can book from the reception, was also very nice. All in all a great stay!

The hotel was located close enough to the central train and bus terminals to be very convenient yet far enough away to feel quiet and calm inside the property. The breakfast was excellent, many choices and the heated items were hot. Families staying in the hotel seemed to like the common areas that included games. The noise from the common areas did not disturb the rooms on the floors above.

Comfortable beds/bedding and excellent soundproofing in the room too. Breakfast boxes for early check outs were much appreciated too. All in all - we had a great stay. The positives far outweigh any negatives and we'd definitely stay again.
